The designer:

During an internship at a jewellery school, Samuel Huguenin discovers his passion for designing and manufacturing jewellery.

One day into the workshop, Sam knows that this is what he’s going to be doing for the rest of his life. After four years of professional studies, he graduates twice – Brevet des Métiers d’Art, CAP (National Vocational Qualifications). In 2004, a jewellery manufacture offers him his first working contract. Surrounded by highly experienced and passionate people, he devotes two years into developing a unique technique.

In 2006, Sam moves to Paris. His new challenges as a jeweller in a prestigious jewellery making shop go from paving precious stones on Cartier rings to setting rivers of diamonds. Aware of his ever-improving techniques and skills, he sets up a small production facility in a corner of his Parisian flat. This is where Sam starts to design his own gems. His first creations are influenced by street culture, music, architecture and fashion and attract an utterly private and choosy clientele of connoisseurs; the products highlighted on his blog rapidly get him a larger clientele among online buyers.

In 2008, Sam launched his very own jewellery design & manufacture company named ST JEWELLER. His first clients contact him online via Myspace or Facebook and order customised upbeat creations. ST promptly responds to all specifics requests and creates logos as well as image-promoting personal items.
